I stayed for 4 nights as a couple, and the experience was quite enjoyable. The pool area felt like a little oasis, perfect for cooling off after exploring the old city which is just a short walk away. I appreciated that the breakfast had fresh fruits and good coffee to kickstart my day, although I wished for a bit more variety. The staff was great at accommodating our early tour schedules, making it easy to grab a bite before heading out. Overall, it was a relaxing stay with a good mix of comfort and convenience.

I stayed in a Beautiful Double Room for 3 nights. The outdoor pool area was lovely, perfect for a cool dip. It's super convenient in the old town, and the craft markets nearby are a nice touch. Tours picked us up right from the hotel, which was a huge plus! 😊

i almost thought i could write a glowing review, but then i saw the breakfast selection was basically every morning the same bland things, no thanks. also, moving rooms due to a water leak was a hassle, and why wasn't i offered a welcome gift for my troubles? so disappointing, really.

good stay with opportunities for improvement
The location is perfect! Smack in the middle of Old Town, making it easy to explore. The room was spacious enough for two, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being next to the elevator. The pool area seemed like a great spot for relaxation, although I didn't have a chance to use it myself. Additionally, the staff were accommodating and made my stay more pleasant.
The breakfast selection could use more variety.

It was just a proper fit for a momentary visit in Chiang Mai with fantastic value for money. The receptionist was super helpful with anything I needed, making my stay easier. Consider doing your own laundry since it's cheaper elsewhere.

Charming Stay with a Cozy Vibe
Our stay here was memorable! The pool was a refreshing escape, and the gardens were delightful. The breakfast menu was a pleasant surprise, offering fresh fruits and a choice of eggs. Definitely bring your favorite conditioner as they don't provide it. A good base to explore the city!

The location is fantastic, walking distance to key attractions, and the hotel's cottage-like atmosphere is quite charming. Staff members were mostly friendly and accommodating, especially the ladies who truly stood out. The breakfast was satisfactory, offering a decent selection for the price, but some mornings felt repetitive. I faced a bit of noise from the air conditioning unit, which was slightly bothersome during my stay. Additional amenities like the pool area, although it was closed for repairs, seemed promising for relaxation.
